Booking Form
We require that you send this page to us with your booking fee if you would
like to book accommodation. To print the page press "CTRL" & "C" or press the
print icon at the top of your screen.
- Accommodation is guaranteed when the booking form is confirmed by us on
receipt of this form together with your payment of £50 Reservation Fee.
 | You will receive a confirmation invoice for the remainder of the letting
fee. |
| Payment is then due 30 days before you arrive, except in the case of
last minute reservations which are payable in full before occupation. |
Once confirmed by us your accommodation is reserved and the Booking
Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE.
The Booking Deposit retained as a Security Bond, refundable at the end of
the letting period after our representative has checked for any damage other
than 'Fair Wear and Tear' and on receipt of the keys. The refund will be in
cash or returned cheque in Pounds Sterling.
Children are welcome, regrettably pets are NOT.
Lettings commence @ 14.00 on arrival, to 10.00 on departure unless by
agreement.
Car parking spaces are allocated to all units.
We regret we have only minimal facilities for the physically impaired.

or Linda or send us a Fax.

License Agreement shown to me on my arrival, a copy of which is available in
the apartment I am reserving.
