Additional persons are charged at £65 per week inclusive of foldaway
bed.
For children under 3, high chairs and cots are available for an
additional £30 per week.
The above rates are inclusive of - Local taxes, nominal charge for gas and
electricity, a weekly change of bed linen and towels by request.
Broadband Wi-Fi is available in both buildings.
Cable TV and a direct telephone line is available by prior arrangement.
There is an additional £50 payable in cash on arrival as a Security Bond.
This is refundable at check out time.
Should you require a daily maid service or baby sitting, we can arrange
with you on your arrival.
Each unit is equipped with all the basic essentials for storing cooking
and eating meals.
All units are English Tourist Board Approved 3 Star approved or
commended.

Terms & Conditions
1. Accommodation is guaranteed when the booking is
confirmed by us on receipt of this form together with payment of £100
Reservation Fee.
(a) You will receive a confirmation invoice for the
remainder of the letting fee,
(b) Payment is then due 30 days before you arrive, except
in the case of last minute reservations which are payable in full before
occupation
2. Once confirmed by us your accommodation is reserved and
the Booking Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE
3. There is a Security Bond payable in advance with
Booking Fees. This is refundable at the end of the letting period after our
representative has checked for any damage other than 'Fair Wear and Tear'
and on receipt of the keys. The payment shall be in cash or returned cheque
in Pounds Sterling.
4. Children are welcome, regrettably Pets are NOT.
5. Lettings commence @ 14.00 on arrival, to 10.00 on
departure unless by agreement.
6. Car parking spaces are allocated to all units.
7. We regret we have only minimal facilities for the
physically impaired.
